Shipping + Returns

 

SHIPPING METHODS/TRANSIT TIMES:

UPS STANDARD GROUND: 1-2 business days processing plus 3-5 business days in transit 

UPS EXPEDITED: Same day (business day) processing plus 1-3 business days in transit

    

Orders received after 2PM (PST) will be processed on the following business day.
   

Weekends and holidays are not considered business days. Orders received on these days will be processed on the following business day.
   

   

    U.S. SHIPPING COSTS:

    Ground: FREE
    Expedited: $20  (Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.)

         

    We do not offer Saturday delivery.        

    Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico cannot be sent via UPS Ground shipping. Please select UPS Expedited and a $30 shipping fee will be added upon checkout.

       

    REFUSAL OF DELIVERY:

    If you refuse delivery of any package from ICONS, our default carrier, UPS, will return the package to our warehouse and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, less the round trip costs for shipping to your address and returning back to ICONS office. If you paid for expedited shipping, this will not be included in your refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.        

     

    EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:

    All merchandise purchased at full price are eligible for a refund if they meet the following requirements:

    • Item/s must be in good condition and sealed in original packaging
    • Receipt/invoice must be included in the package
    • All original tags must still be attached
    • Have not been worn, washed, soiled, or altered in any way
    • Received at ICONS office within 15 days from the date you received your order for a refund, less return shipping cost of $7.00
    • Received at ICONS office within 30 days from the date you received your order for online store credit only, less return shipping cost of $7.00

      

    Any returns that do not meet the above requirements will be shipped back to the customer at his or her own shipping expense.    

     

    All returning orders received after 30 days will not be eligible for online store credit – no exceptions.  

     

    Once you have requested for a return, we will provide you with a standard pre-paid UPS Ground return label. (The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/credit after we receive back your order.)    

    Transit time varies depending on your location. Some deliveries take up to 5 days before they reach their destination. If you are unsure that we will receive back your return within the 15- or 30-day limit, you may choose to send the package using a different method -- see "Other option for returning an order".    

      

        

    STEPS TO BE FOLLOWED FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

    1. Please send an e-mail to customer service stating your order number and reason for return. (If you wish to make an exchange, please specify the item to be returned and its corresponding swap. Difference in the amount of exchange order will be handled by our Customer Service Team via e-mail. Please expect an e-mail within 24 hours for instructions for the exchange order.)
    2. Our CST will validate your order and if it falls within the 15- or 30-day limit for returns, we will e-mail you back a standard pre-paid UPS Ground return label. 
    3. Print the label and attach it to the package.
    4. Include a copy of the invoice inside the package.

    5. Drop off the package at a UPS store closest to you, or schedule a pick-up at the UPS website.

    6. Allow 7-10 days from the day ICONS receives back the package for us to complete your refund or online store credit.

                    

        Other option for returning an order:

        You may choose to ship your returns to the ICONS office on your own so you will receive a FULL REFUND/CREDIT (return shipping fee will not be deducted). We accept deliveries from UPS, FedEx, DHL, US Postal Service, or other carriers, as long as we are informed ahead of time of the tracking number and carrier. This will help us keep track of your return and advance the refunding process.     

          

        Please be reminded that it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the package is sent to the correct address and is within the 15- or 30-day limit for returns. If possible, opt for insuring your package as ICONS will not be liable if the item is lost or stolen and did not arrive at our office.

        REMINDERS:

        All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged at any time. Similarly, all sample sale purchases are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges on sample sale merchandise.

                

        Our online store can only accept returning merchandise that has been purchased directly from our website. Merchandise purchased at other retailers must be returned to the respective retailer. We cannot accept any item that has not been purchased from our online store.

               

        If you received an item as a gift, you may exchange the item for online store credit. If you request for a refund, the amount paid will be given back to the credit card used to purchase the order and not to the recipient of the gift.

              

        Upon receipt of returned merchandise, ICONS reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

                

        All shipments from ICONS are free of charge, unless otherwise selected for expedited shipping when you first completed your order.

                 

        When you return your order, a return shipping fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your credit or refund. If you initially paid for expedited shipping, this will not be included in your refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
